Clear pricing, steady care
Private-pay nutrition care, built around your life. Pricing is transparent from the start — no hidden fees, no pressure, just clarity.
Single sessions
Everyone starts with an initial assessment. From there, follow-ups are paced to fit your life — not a fixed schedule.
Initial Assessment
A thorough first session — your history, your goals, and a clear plan for the work ahead.
Follow-Up Session
Focused check-ins to refine the plan, troubleshoot, and keep momentum between milestones.
Packages & programs
A series of sessions gives the work room to take hold — and lets us plan it together from the start, at a pace that feels steady.

- 1 initial assessment (75 min)
- 4 follow-up sessions (45 min)

Areas of focus
Food relationship & recovery
Compassionate, evidence-based support for rebuilding a steady relationship with food — as part of your care team.
GLP-1 nutrition support
Nutrition care alongside your prescribing provider — supporting muscle and strength, easing common side effects through food, and building habits that last.
Strength & performance
Science-backed fueling for people who want to train with purpose and build strength that carries into the rest of life.
Payment & insurance
Private pay
Anchor & Apex is a private-pay (out-of-network) practice. This keeps our time together focused on your care, not insurance limits.
Superbills
On request, I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
HSA / FSA
Nutrition services are often eligible for payment with HSA and FSA cards, though eligibility depends on your individual plan. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Good to know
Nutrition care, not a replacement for medical care
Nutrition counseling supports — but does not replace — diagnosis or treatment by your physician or mental-health provider.
Eating-disorder recovery is team-based
For eating-disorder care, I work as part of your treatment team alongside your medical and therapy providers. Nutrition counseling is not appropriate as the sole treatment for an acute or medically unstable eating disorder.
GLP-1 support is a companion service
I provide nutrition support alongside your prescribing provider. I do not prescribe or manage medication.
Where I can work with you
I see clients via telehealth in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Oregon, South Carolina, and Wisconsin, and in select states that do not require dietitian licensure. Because care is considered to take place where you are located, reach out to confirm I can work with you in your state.
Nutrition outcomes vary from person to person; no specific result is guaranteed.
Common questions
Do you accept insurance?
Anchor & Apex is private-pay and out-of-network. I can provide a superbill for you to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA cards are typically accepted.
What states can you work with me in?
I'm licensed in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Oregon, South Carolina, and Wisconsin, and can also work with clients in states that don't require dietitian licensure. Reach out and I'll confirm whether I can see you in your state.
Should I book single sessions or a package?
Everyone starts with an initial assessment. After that, there's no wrong answer — a package or the 3-month program gives you continuity and the best per-session value, and single sessions are always there if that fits better right now.
