Hey! My name is Shawn. I am a registered dietitian and strength coach who believes you shouldn't have to choose between healing your relationship with food and building a capable, strong body. My approach is built on evidence, science, and trust.


Why ANCHOR & APEX Exists

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t care enough. They struggle because they’ve been taught that caring for their body and pushing it have to come at the expense of one another.
